Pulled drive from SAN to reuse in Dell R720 ( 6 x 450 SAS > RAID 10 )

Add to Esx host – I get the following error

 

Notice how the “Next Button is greyed out”    

SSH into ESX Host;

ls /vmfs/devices/disks/ -all

 

Confirm Disk !!!!
