Ran into this issue today –<\/p>\n

First,\u00a0 I tried :<\/p>\n

Search for and open “Activity Monitor” then close all of the Adobe applications in Activity Monitor.<\/p>\n

Search for and open “Finder” <\/span>, click on Go tab and select > Go to Folder<\/em>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Location 1: In the box type ~\/Library\/Application Support<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Location 2: In the box type ~\/Library\/Preferences<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Location 3: Documents folder<\/p>\n

Renamed the ‘Adobe<\/em>‘ folders to ‘OldAdobe<\/em>‘<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Launch Premiere Pro, accept the License Agreement and see if it works.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: You will lose your customized workspaces and keyboard shortcuts.<\/em><\/p>\n

This didn’t work for me \ud83d\ude41 but doing the following did \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Open finder > Go tab > Go to Folder<\/p>\n

Type “~\/Library” and click Go.<\/p>\n

Go to \/Library\/Caches\/Adobe\/Premiere Pro\/12.0<\/p>\n

Delete the “Typesupport” folder<\/p>\n
